In order to make all repairs and exchanges as prompt as possible, please follow these directions when you ship the products back to us.

When you box the items up, please make sure that you include a note that includes your name, a daytime telephone number, a return address, and a brief description of what you either want done to the item or what is wrong with the item.

When we have the items repaired, we will contact you at the phone number you included and settle up payment from there.  You may pay either by credit card, debit card, or COD.  Shipping rates vary and will be based upon the method of payment.
